Alarms4Less is proud to partner with Nelson Technologies Inc., doing business as NTI Security. Our professional relationship spans many years and is built on trust, experience, and a shared dedication to the security alarm industry.
Craig Nelson, CEO and Owner-Operator of NTI Security, was the person who trained me when I first entered the security alarm industry. That experience sparked my passion for the business and ultimately led me to pursue it as a long-term career.
After two months of training and one year of full-time work, I obtained my Alarm Company Operator (ACO) and Qualified Manager (AQM) licenses and started my own company. As the business grew, I needed a reliable lead technician, so I hired Craig. Our strong professional and personal relationship continued for many years.
After I retired, Craig went on to obtain his own ACO and Qualified Manager licenses and launched NTI Security. He has built a successful company and has continued to demonstrate the same professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer service that I have known throughout our many years together in the industry.
Craig and his team at NTI Security will be responsible for handling your security service needs, including installations and any service-related issues that may arise.
I also want to assure you that for any existing alarm monitoring accounts I currently service, I am still only a phone call away. I will remain available should you ever need to reach me or require assistance.
NTI Security is a full-service security system company and will handle all of your security needs, with the exception of my monitoring-only accounts.
