Craig Nelson, CEO and Owner-Operator of NTI Security, was the person who trained me when I first entered the security alarm industry. That experience sparked my passion for the business and ultimately led me to pursue it as a long-term career.
After six months of training and one year of full-time work, I obtained my Alarm Company Operator (ACO) and Qualified Manager licenses and started my own company. As the business grew, I needed a reliable lead technician, so I hired Craig. Our strong professional and personal relationship continued for many years.
After I retired, Craig went on to obtain his own ACO and Qualified Manager licenses and launched NTI Security. He has built a successful company and has continued to demonstrate the same professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer service that I have known throughout our many years together in the industry.
Craig and his team at NTI Security will be responsible for servicing your alarm systems, handling installations, and addressing any service needs that may arise. I want to assure you that I am still only a phone call away and will remain available should you ever need to reach me.
NTI Security is a full-service security alarm company and will handle all of your security needs, with the exception of my monitoring-only accounts.

I am now fully retired, but I continue to maintain a limited number of in-house accounts to supplement my Social Security income. These accounts focus on low-cost monitoring only. Since my licenses expired upon retirement, all alarm installations and service calls will be handled under NTI Security’s licenses. Craig and his team at NTI Security will be servicing your alarm installations and any service needs. Rest assured, I am still only a phone call away should you need me.
